The South offers you the opportunity to visit unique dive sites, see unusual reef formations and dive on spectacular drop-offs teaming with life. It is renowned for schooling reef fish, vibrant soft corals, giant gorgonians, visiting pelagic marauders and much, much more.

Required qualifications are BSAC Sports Diver or PADI Advanced Open Water Diver with a minimum of 30 open water dives.

Scapa Flow

26th September - 1st October 2010

The sheltered waters of Scapa Flow offer the best wreck diving in Europe. Enjoy exploring the remaining wrecks of the German Grand Fleet, scuttled on Midsummer’s Day 1919 under the direct orders of their Commander, Chief Ludwig von Reuter.

The wrecks are atmospheric, exciting and encrusted in marine organisms. Within this 'marine garden' you can find sea urchins, nudibranchs, shrimps, crabs and fish and if your lucky playful seals.

Scapa Flow also offers WW2 wrecks and the block ships of Burra Sound, considered by some the best dives in Scapa Flow.

Minimum qualifications required for Scapa Flow is BSAC Sports Diver (or equivalent) with a minimum of 50 open water dives in a dry suit.
