Servicing at Frogsborn Diving Centre
Making sure that your equipment is in good working order is a very important part of diving. At the end of the day your diving equipment looks after you under the water, so you should look after it.
Regulator Servicing
Regulators are stripped, ultrasonically cleaned, inspected and rebuilt with original manufacturer service kits and if necessary parts that are faulty, worn or perished are replaced. Full reports are issued detailing work carried out and any problems encountered.

Octopus regulator £8.00 + service kits and parts
Normal turnaround time is one week

Cylinder Testing
Cylinders are sent to approved IDEST centres where they undergo visual or Periodic Inspection and Test. External painting and shot blasting are also available if required.
In the UK visual inspection is required every 2.5 years and a hydraulic test (PIAT) every 5 years.

Dry Suit Repairs
We replace latex neck and wrist seals, pressure check for leaks and carry out minor repairs. Suits requiring boot or zip replacement, replacement of neoprene wrist or neck seals are sent to Otter Watersports.
